Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review this policy carefully before enrolling in any coursework.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment and before accessing or beginning the coursework.
- Once coursework has been accessed or started, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- If a course is cancelled by the provider, learners may choose a full refund or transfer to another available course.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Requests must include the learner's full name, course title, payment date, and proof of payment.
Coursework Completion Disclaimer
Completion of coursework does not itself award the ABAT®, QASP-S®, or QBA® credential and does not guarantee examination eligibility or passing. Candidates must independently meet all current QABA eligibility, fieldwork, competency, application, examination, and other requirements applicable to their chosen credential.
Course Completion Documentation
Eligible learners who successfully complete the required coursework hours and applicable assessment requirements receive coursework completion documentation or certificates in accordance with QABA provider requirements. A course completion certificate is not itself a QABA credential.
